You will be focussed on:
- Managing, developing and leading a dedicated team of people across Project Management, Quality Assurance, Estimators, Finance and Administration
- Leading, managing and directing all operational activities of the organisation. This includes accountability for the overall profitability of the operational activities, ensuring all corporate and business strategies are aligned and successfully implemented
- Commercial management & Client Engagement
- Strategic Innovation
The successful applicant will have previously been in a GM or COO level position with an evolving business ($50 m +). You will promote a situational leadership style and have proven experience within the Project Management, Refurbishment, Development or Maintenance markets.
