PROJECT DIRECTOR

Capstone are working with a dynamic and forward-thinking real estate company to recruit a Construction Project Director to join the team and drive the expansion of their business. With a commitment to excellence and sustainability, our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional residential projects that make a positive impact.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project goals and scope.
• Establish project budgets and track expenses.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage resources efficiently.
• Create and maintain project schedules. Coordinate activities to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and regulations.
• Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders
• Communicate project progress to the business frequently

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction project management and comprehensive understanding of the construction process from project inception to completion
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong networking abilities and have established relationships within the construction market
• Comfortable with business development and spearheading the expansion of the business. The candidate should demonstrate enthusiasm and proficiency in identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and exploring new markets to drive the company's growth trajectory forward.
• Experience within the modular sector would be a plus
