Divisional Partner of Building Surveying

LONDON

Up to £125,000 + Package + Bonus

I am recruiting on behalf of an forward-thinking, client-focused firm renowned for its expertise in real estate consultancy who provide national coverage throughout the UK working mainly within the commercial and industrial sectors within London. The role will be to develop and lead a new Building Surveying team in London, leaning on their already high reputation in the market and working alongside the Project Management team in the first instance.

The role:
As Divisional Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing our London division. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to expand our client base, enhance service offerings, and drive revenue growth. Drawing on your extensive industry experience and market insights, you will provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to a talented team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation.

Essential work experience required:

• Leading and managing a team
• Business development
• Contract Administration
• Project Management
• Dilapidations
• Technical Due Diligence
• Preparation of Schedule of Condition
• Demonstrable experience as a fee earner and be able to implement from day 1

Qualifications:

• MRICS with PQE experience
