Position: Associate Director Building Surveyor

Location: Manchester (flexible working environment)

Salary: Up to £70,000 + benefits + generous annual bonus

Capstone are recruiting on behalf of a highly prestigious, multi-national firm of surveyors that are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their commercial offices team based in Manchester. Working within a well-established, detailed, and meticulous team you will be assisting with complex projects as well as developing your niche within the company. About the role:

This role would suit a Senior to Associate level surveyor with an Architecture background who is looking to move into a Building Surveying role that has a lean towards Project Management . This opportunity would suit someone with a passion for design coupled with a Project Managers mindset to deliver projects throughout the project life cycle. The work comprises of small to large refurbishments as well as coordinating design teams, undertaking surveys and dealing with complex listed buildings. The role also includes:

• Building project briefs
• Building Surveying services
• Undertaking full tender stage from start to finish
• Coordinating internal and external contractors
• Cladding projects for residential development
• Leisure work
• Full office refurbishments

About you:

• High attention to detail, well organised with a good initiative
• MRICS qualification
• A team Player
• Be adaptable and above all keen and enthusiastic
• A desire to progress and generate new business
• Have a relevant degree within the RICS accredited Building Surveying pathway
