Position: Senior / Associate Project Manager

Location: Central London

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Generous Benefits Package

An independent, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking to recruit a Senior or Associate Project Manager to join their central London Project Management team. This role will work across multiple sectors with a focus on high end residential and commercial projects across central London and the home counties. Other sectors include; arts, culture & heritage, hotels, retail and education. Our client has an impressive client base including a FTSE 250 office landlord, developers and high net worth individuals. Services the company offers include Project Management, Contract Administration / Employer's Agent, Quantity Surveying and Building Surveying.

You will be given a high level of autonomy when leading on projects and the opportunity to work across multiple sectors. The company has a different structure to most, you will be reporting into whichever partner is running the project rather than always having the same manager. This provides the opportunity to learn from different individuals across senior leadership. The company is a partnership so there is also the opportunity for equity at partner level


  • Leading projects from inception to completion across a range of sectors
  • Employer's Agent role / Contract Administration
  • Working with a high level of autonomy
  • Building relationships with consultants and clients

  • Provide innovative solutions to improve project delivery


  • A construction related degree or a degree in Project Management is preferred
  • Ideally you will have Employer's Agent or Contract Administration experience
  • Experience across the full project life cycle
  • Experience of taking projects through planning process
  • Residential or commercial project experience
  • Technical knowledge of the skills of a Project Manager / Employer's Agent
  • Able to explain the advantages and disadvantages of the application of PM procedures and give professional advice to Clients
