Senior Facilities Manager responsibilities
Based on site in one of their best known Melbourne assets, you will have 2 staff reporting to you to manage CAPEX, ensure building efficiency and compliance. You and your team will be responsible for:
Required
You will have a strong background in Facilities Management for Premium or A Grade office assets. Direct experience, responsible for multiple non-residential assets is expected along with building compliance and highly developed customer service and attention to detail is expected. You will have managed budgets and procured hard and soft services FM contracts.
A technical background and training in a Building Services discipline will be preferred, with scope to progress your capabilities and career. Exposure to sustainability initiatives will be highly regarded, especially Energy Efficiency and Water Minimisation. You will hold Australian Work rights and experience.
In return you will be joining a high profile owner who continues to strive for best in class and offers training and mentor-ship to all staff. Remuneration is circa $145K Package + Bonus and a challenging people management opportunity.

- building compliance and soft services including cleaning and security,
- Identifying & implementing sustainability initiatives & CAPEX
