Position: Senior Acquisitions Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000 plus bonus incentive scheme & benefits 

Location: UK, Flexible hybrid 

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Acquisitions Manager to join a leading licensee company that holds exclusive rights to open and operate one of the UK's top coffee shop brands across England and Wales.

The role will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and securing suitable sites for acquisition. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities, considering both leasehold and freehold options.

About you:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in site acquisitions, real estate, or property development, preferably within the retail or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing leasehold and freehold sites for retail or hospitality purposes.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in financial analysis, deal structuring, and negotiation.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with the geographic area north of the M4 Corridor, demonstrating knowledge of local markets and trends.
  • Knowledge of drive-thru and EV charging infrastructure requirements is a plus.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Business, Hospitality) is preferred.

  • Evaluate sites based on factors such as foot traffic, accessibility, visibility, and demographic suitability.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities, balancing short-term and long-term strategic goals.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with property agents, landlords, developers, and other industry stakeholders to access off-market opportunities.
