Sales and Communications Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum

An award winning Global Real Estate Consultancy based in London Bridge are looking to recruit a Sales and Communications Coordinator, this is an opportunity to join a Consultancy at the top of their league.

You will be a key function in a specialised team and be the central support reporting directly into the Client Solutions Director, this is a crucial hire for the continued success of the team.

Day to day duties:

  • Create a variety of customised marketing materials for new pursuits and renewal contracts
  • Act as bid coordinator for complex RFP responses, organising responsibilities matrix and due dates for deliverables
  • Write, edit and customise proposal and presentation content for new business development pursuits
  • Assist with maintenance of marketing library including standard marketing collateral and studies
  • Maintain and update the team sales pipeline report and team sharepoint account
  • Create and distribute internal communications, newsletters and new starter emails
  • Demonstrate strong ability to write clearly, concisely and effectively in a creative manner
  • Drive adherence to recognized best practices

About you:

  • Experience in an administrative role and ideally within the Real Estate industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority
  • Diligent and pro-active priorities
  • Ability to prioritise and act on own initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Interest in developing within the role
  • Friendly and enthusiastic
  • Confident

It is essential that you have strong written and verbal skills and can act as a representative of the company. You must have a willing attitude and be keen to get stuck into tasks!
