Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Austin, Texas
Salary: $110,000- $125,000 + Package & Bonus
Capstone are working in partnership with one of the worlds renowned independent construction and property consultancies to acquire a Project Manager to join their team in Austin.
The workload will include a variety of ground up development (residential, hospitality and commercial) and commercial T.I projects on behalf of global organizations and leading developers, investors & funds.

Roles / Responsibilities
- Advise clients on project delivery and outcomes from concept through to completion
- Act as the Owner's representative with project oversight across various stages of developments.
- Appoint and manage contractors and wider project teams.
- Prepare regular internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, analyse, manage, and mitigate risks
- Build strong relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.
You will be an energetic, motivated Project Management professional who is ambitious, while having a proven track record as an exceptional Project Manager. You will have at least 4 years' experience as a Project Manager working for either an Owner's Representative firm, consultancy or general contractor working on real estate construction projects. The successful candidate will ideally have extensive knowledge of commercial T.I and ground up construction projects. Individuals must currently be in country in the USA and applicants must fulfil the criteria of the E-Treaty Visa which is required for this position or be a US citizen.
