A Prop-Tech company in Central London needs you to join their growing company as a Partnership Manager! With high end Real Estate clients to be looked after across 158 cities this is an exciting time to come on board as the point of contact for commercial landlords and agents.
My client improves technology in existing and new commercial property buildings for high calibre clients, as Partnership Manager you will be maintaining existing relationships with the landlords and agents to ensure the value of service, promoting marketing material, maintain high renewal rates, ensuring clients are in the know with events and launches, and making sure you're accounts are getting the best of the best this Prop Tech company has to offer and creating an awareness!
To Apply for this Prop - Tech Enterprise you need:
- Property / Real Estate Degree
- Experience and knowledge of the commercial real estate industry
- Experience managing clients and accounts
- Interest in Technology is an advantage!
- Adaptability and creative thinking to achieve goals
- Strong communication in written work and verbally
