I am delighted to be working with a leading consultative, service-driven management real estate firm. My client is looking for an experienced Marketing Associate to work in their New York Office.
You will ideally be experienced in working in real estate in a marketing capacity and able to use HubSpot and Adobe Creative Suite.C
The role reports directly to the marketing manager to support their marketing efforts to write and develop proposals, presentations, statements of interest with original writing and adaptation of pre-formulated content.
Collaborate with teams and take direction to incorporate information into marketing material
Create social media posts, including graphics and writing copy
Write resumes for new employees and make updates as needed.
Create and customise templates to improve the efficiency and look of marketing material
Create content for company email blast
Keep HubSpot up to date with contact and deals and ensure information stays up to date
Assist in planning and coordination of office and business events
Who you are
Bachelors degree in marketing or similar
Background working in a marketing team ideally in real estate
Proven background using Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
Excellent writing skills and proof reading
Strong self-management and organisation skills
Highly motivated with strong work ethic
