Capstone is exclusively working with an Oxfordshire based firm. The firm was established by successful senior directors from large real estate firms to create a specialist niche Oxfordshire based practice to provide high quality services to both local and national clients.

The client would like to offer an opportunity for a surveyor to support and eventually lead on transactions management, acquisitions/ disposals, lease negotiations across London and Oxfordshire.

Clients include Biotech, developers, universities, technology, educations facilities, funds, private holdings companies.

Cultural/ behaviour fit: able to work within a small, close team. Able to work autonomously. Confident when dealing with clients and building a portfolio. Engaging. Approachable.
