GRADUATE SURVEYOR (RIGHTS OF LIGHT)
UP TO £35,000 + PACKAGE
LONDON (FLEXI WORKING)
I am currently recruiting on behalf of an award-winning, boutique consultancy specialising in legal Rights of Light and Neighbourly Matters considerations that influence central London development. Their phenomenal success within this niche sector has been due to their unrivalled Partner experience; the strength and depth of the consultancy team and their market-leading technical expertise. Having set themselves apart from their competitors, they have enjoyed growth at an unprecedented level.
The role involves working for the most prestigious architects and developers in the Central London market; thus, good client-facing capabilities, high organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously are crucial. From project inception to completion, this project-based role will involve: research to inform development strategies, reviewing and interpreting legal documents; site visits and inspections; briefing the technical department on project requirements, supporting Directors and Partners in the preparation and attendance at client meetings; leading Rights to Light negotiations with affected owners including regular client reporting.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with uncapped career-progression opportunities, an immediate working relationship with highly experienced Directors and Partners, a fantastic variety of work on some of the largest and most prestigious developments in London, a market-leading salary alongside performance-related benefits and a vibrant, ambitious working environment.
No prior experience is required, and the early stages of the role will encompass a full training program where your progress is reviewed on a quarterly basis with either a Director or Partner.
This role would suit either a graduate (Ideally with a Law or Property-related degree) or a junior industry professional. If you're keen to hear more, please give Celia Harker a call on 0203 757 5012.
