Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Offices | Global Consultancy

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum

With a significant presence globally, this opportunity is to join the robust Commercial Fit-Out team in London. This consultancy is looking to enhance its expertise by hiring a driven Quantity Surveyor. Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial Offices team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the commercial property sector, especially in high-spec office projects. You'll be part of a dedicated team responsible for managing costs, budgets, and client relationships on dynamic projects that set standards in the commercial sector.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in a commercial fit-out setting.
• Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control principles within the commercial property sector.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• RICS accredited degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related field; working towards or completed MRICS qualification preferred.
