You will provide support to the Property Services Accountant by assisting the purchase order requisition, cost processing, budget monitoring, project supporting and other administrative functions.
You will collaboratively within a team, undertake projects account payable and receivable, accruals, cash flows and budget transfers, while reconciling invoices with approvals for payment.
You will assist the the preparation of month-end related reports.

The successful candidate will possess
- Relevant tertiary education in Accounting, with a minimum 1 year experience in the field
- Highly developed Microsoft Excel Skills
- Exposure to SAP, Adobe Acrobat, PM Web and Visio
- Ability to work effectively in a team environmen
