Associate Project Management

Associate Project Management Salary - up to £75,000 Central London Capstone are seeking to recruit an Associate Project Manager to lead & develop a fully integrated design one stop shop for fit out work both across their current client base, whilst also developing their network. Despite the majority of projects being new build and refurbishment focused, our client has a fantastic track record in delivering major workplace fit out projects for top technology and legal organisations. The role: As an Associate Director you would be looking to deliver high calibre and professional project management consultancy across commercial occupier & investor clients whilst also being a leader of both internal teams and external parties. The role would look for you to manage and develop client relationships with a large contribution to business development assignments & representing the office/team in the market. Support is provided but you must be capable to deliver projects autonomously. Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess the ability to set up, manage and deliver multiple fit out projects concurrently. Experience in the commercial real estate market is essential. You would need to take a lead role in the delivery of high-profile portfolios of predominantly CAT A refurbishments and CAT B fit outs from inception through to completion. The role is client facing and the candidate will be expected to have strong interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with client representatives at a senior/board level. Characteristics: Degree level qualification in a relevant area (Project Management, Architecture, Real Estate, Engineering, Construction, Building Surveying etc...) MRICS, MCIOB, CEng, RIBA, MAPM or equivalent relevant professional qualification to the fit-out project management role. Client-Side Development Project Manager Salary - £50,000 to £60,000 + Benefits London Capstone are proud to be recruiting for a Development Project Manager to join a boutique property investment company situated in central London. As an investment company, our client acquires prime assets and actively manages them through investment and development initiatives to drive capital growth. Being a small company, our client will provide immediate exposure to all aspects of the project life-cycle including the acquisitions, financial managements and more. The projects will consist of fit-outs of their own existing properties as well as developments of newly acquired properties. The Role As Project Manager, you will be integral for assisting all aspects of the project life-cycle, from the acquisition stage through to the project completion. This position will provide a platform on which you can develop yourself as a project manager whilst also gaining development management experience. You will be reporting directly into the head of construction and will be assisting more senior members of the team until you are ready to undertake your own project. Requirements: A construction related degree (Construction Project Management, Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor etc.) Ideally chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, RIBA etc.) Proven track record delivering projects on time, to budget and to a very high-standard. Previously delivered both commercial and residential projects valuing up to £10 million. A strong understanding of the full project life-cycle including acquisitions Strong verbal and written communication as well as stakeholder management Characteristics: Ambitious and hardworking, willing to put in the extra effort to deliver projects to the highest standards.
